Independent senior living at Centura's senior communities is "private pay", so residents pay for this themselves on a monthly rental basis. The Villas at Sunny Acres and Villa Pueblo Senior Living Community offer a limited number of independent senior living apartments for low income seniors. Centura's nursing homes accept private pay, and are Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. Our nursing homes also accept most long term care insurance plans. Because these types of plans vary in terms of what they cover, please talk with a facility representative, and check the terms of your policy.
